Enjoyed my stay here. Beach is nearby. Some mosquitoes in the room. The supermarket store inside the property is not well stocked at all to buy provisions in case you ant to cook. The pools are excellent.

The very first day the electricity kept turning off. The water in the shower was all over the place.The bathroom was very dirty it look like they never cleaned there before. I was there for like 10 days and i complained about how the lady never came to cleaned but they did not do anything about it. I can go on and on but its just really to much.

5 days at Palmera Beach
Palmera Beach resort is new and a really great place. We had a roof top apartment. The apartment was very clean except the jaccusi wich was not clan and contain a lot of sand. There was also very low water pressure in the showers. There is continusles bus transport to the beach (5 min walk), and the beach is super nice, and also the restaurant and bar. The best beach I have been to in DR. Some of the employer are slow to fiks ting, and the daily cleaning is not impressive.

security is beyond excellent, the people are incredible! the only thing i thought was odd is that you have to pay a deposit for electricity. but it is refunded to you at the end of your stay. this is if you don't abuse the usage such as running the ac with the windows open ect. i highly recommend this place

The staff in general was very nice and attentive. The average rating was due to not having WiFi. First, we weee told the was an issue due to construction. Second day at night, we contacted the office and someone came to the room but the WIFi was still not working. Finally, I was offered an available WIFI from another room which did work. Questions is why was it done on the first day we reported the issue? Thanks
