Great for a one night stay!
Comfortable beds, and comfortable distance from the central station. Overall an old place with little else to offer. Also, the WC was shared and in the hallway. Definately served our needs for the one night on our interrail trip!

Well located for the main station and cheap for central Hamburg, but with that clearly come some drawbacks. The hotel is accessed by a fairly steep staircase. And although there are sink and shower in each room the toilet is shared - partly my fault for misreading the property details when I booked, not to have spotted that. But my room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and overall it met my needs

Location is great in terms of food, shopping and transport. Lots of greasy folks wandering the street, yelling and screaming all hours of the night. Didnt feel safe after dark, dirty and lots of graffiti.

Do not stay here
Crappy room with no toilet, shower in the middle of the room, this was not explained when we booked, and pictures of the room was misrepresented .. there vas alot of drug addicts and drunks, around the hotel. When we arrived there was alot of polise cars, and ambulanses in the stedets around the hotel. we just left to stay at another hotel..

The staff was really helpful. However, noise could be heard from the street throughout the night. Also, there is no elevator, so be aware that you will have to drag your luggage up multiple flights of stairs to get to your room.

This place is near hauptbahnhof in a gay area .. we had a room with shower .. not great, but fine .. the corridor was smelly because of a sewer problem I guess. The staff is nice . The mattress a kinda hard.. outside there was some noise of people.. if you don’t mind all this and only use the place to sleep. It’s good to stay

Old place in a neighbour in which I felt not safe. Room needs heavy refurbishment - the shower was in a cabinet, bedsheets were stained. Paid a lot and had an unpleasant stay.

Terrible experience!
I booking one night for one person. When I arrived there, and found there is no elevator to the third floor, jut by on very steep stairs reaching the office. And the room is no toilet, every floor has shared toilet, this was not what they put on the web, ( if you are the toilet or washroom sharing, you should write very clearly, right? Terrible experience.

Vennlig personale, kjempegod frokost. Gode senger. Litt støy fra gate utanfor om kvelden/morning. God beliggenhet, ca 100m fra togstasonen. Dusj og toalett på gangen, men det gjekk egentlig heilt fint.

Snusket sidegade men ellers en central beliggenhed lige ved hovedbanen, som for øvrigt er det eneste plus ved dette sted. Obs: ingen toilet på værelset. Ingen service: Man får ikke anvist hvor toiletterne er ved ankomst. Wifi virkede ikke og da vi henvendte os til receptionen, fik vi ikke hjælp. Vi droppede at betale for morgenmad og spiste i stedet på et nærliggende hyggeligt sted. Generelt bare et virkelig gammelt og slidt hotel med nærmest ingen service.

Preis ist zu hoch für die Unterkunft. Maximal ein Zimmer für eine Nacht. Kein Parkplatz. Dusche direkt neben dem Bett und WC außerhalb des Zimmers. Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit bequemen Betten. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Da Hotel hat kein Fahrstuhl. Anreise mit schwerem Gepäck für ältere sowie behinderte Menschen nicht gut. Für kurzem Aufenthalt gut geeignet. Wir werden es sicher wieder in Anspruch nehmen bei notwendiger Gelegenheit.

Liebes Expedia Team, wie könnt ihr so etwas über eure Seite anbieten? Prüft das von euch keiner? Die Bilder und die Realität sind nicht zu vergleichen. Also ..... (Sprachlos) Katastrophe.... Es geht los bei der Eingangstür. Man steht davor, klingelt, ruft an, klingelt wieder und nix passiert. Nach mehrfachen anrufen wurden wir dann in das Wohnhaus eingelassen. Im Haus dann die nächste Überraschung. Renovierungsbedürftig ist lieb ausgedrückt, wie in den Kommentaren vorher schon erwähnt, der Aufgang ist mit großen Koffern schwer zu meistern. Das Personal ist recht freundlich. Der Gang zum Zimmer eng. Das Zimmer relativ groß aber sehr Renovierungsbedürftig, keinesfalls mit den Bildern im Internet zu vergleichen. Die Fenster gehen nicht richtig zu oder sind nicht dicht. Der Lärm von der Straße ist nicht zu überhören (dafür kann das Ho(s)tel nichts) aber einschlafen wird echt zum Problem. Der Schrank ist auf dem Sperrmüll besser aufgehoben. Die Toilette auf dem Gang..... naja, eins war mehr als dreckig und das andere besetzt. Mehr haben wir nicht gefunden. Nach einer schlaflosen Nacht (Polizei, Flaschensammler, Lieferverkehr, Partygästen und Verwirrten Menschen) sind wir direkt 6:30 wieder ausgecheckt. Fazit.... Nicht zu empfehlen.
