The view was spectacular! Excellent sound proofing. The swimming pool was too small - it looks like it's only intended for kids. No outside grilling options.

The view is breathtaking, the building was built in a way so all condos I believe have a similar view of the Bay/river. The units are super spacious and everything seems brand new. This is a no-brainer to book especially if you want to be in Baie St Paul (it's just a 3min drive), we liked the location as a hub to visit the Charlevoix area (e.g. 2hrs away from Tadoussac). Great job for this development, keep it up (think they're building a second phase)
