I stayed here for about a week to visit my boyfriend. The room was very clean as well as the water pressure for the shower was amazing. The owners and staff were amazing at communicating. Parking wasn’t horrible and was actually pretty decent. I know that is one of the big let downs for some costumers but I didn’t mind it. The room looked exactly like the pictures and it was a nice get away place and it’s right near the beach!! Will stay here again :)

Nice little studio for a really good price. Walls are kinda thin, so if the neighbors are noisy you really hear it. Location is almost an industrial type area which I was a little concerned about on first arrival, but did not have any issues or see/hear anything worrying during my 4 nights.

It was exactly what I booked!! I love how I could control the AC with a remote HAHA. I kinda hate how you have to park on the side of the road but other than that it was a very quiet place. neighbors were quiet as well. Many restaurants/ fast food in the area.

We love the setup of the property and will definitely be staying again!! Only 3 things is I think check in time should be sooner in the afternoon maybe like 2 instead of 4. Cozy room. Quick response by management on broken coffee pot. Toilet seat was extremely loose and a modest amount of mildew around tub but room was clean. Parking is not real convenient. Room rate is reasonable , pay attention to added fees ot total price when shopping for a room.

This place is amazing! My boyfriend and I went to the beach for a couple of days and this was a perfect place to stay. The public access beach was less than 10 minutes away. The only thing that wasn’t great was that we were supposed to get an email 24 hours in advance for the door code and instructions to get in and they never sent it so I had to call them. But the lady on the phone was sweet and sent my instructions right away. Also the door lock was weird, when you put the code in it would unlock but then immediately lock back, so you had to do it a couple times, but other than that I would highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay. We have a couple of suggestions. No salt in salt shaker, lamp bulb burned out no extras to replace, shower was slick, slick, slick. I actually fell. I’m okay, just a small bruise. Need to put a mat. We used a towel. Also a party close by that played loud music until 2 AM the night before we left.

I stayed here last year and absolutely loved the place so went back…this year I’m guessing it had different people running it cuz it was not clean…I went to bed after being out in the sun and was chilled so pulled the extra blanket up and it had vomit on it…so I ended up washing all of the bedding to be sure it was clean…the dryers worked when they wanted and there r two washers one of which was broken my whole trip and thinking housekeeping left their items in there cuz they sat over 24 hours so I took them out to wash my stuff…the cupboard door was off when I arrived…the tub had a crack and appeared dirty…so I took a shower, and the towel rack fell so my towel went into the toilet…I took out the garbages when leaving and there was mold sitting in the bottom which had clearly been there a while…the pillows were yellow I noticed when I ended up washing the bedding definitely disappointed after the great stay last year the way things had got run down and not clean anymore…but they did respond to messages…and I did bring things to their attention but felt bad for even having to message about any of it… but hoping it gets better! I should have taken more photos as things happened and I noticed during the stay but these were three I took when I walked in that I noticed instantly and didn’t want to be charged for…

Almost perfect, but internet was intermittent

The place was cozy, clean, and comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars but the internet was intermittent. On the last day there was no internet at all. This was a big problem for me because I had work to do. So, I had to go somewhere else to use internet. I wanted to give 3 stars for this but wasn't sure if that would be fair. This is a great place to stay for 1 or 2 people if you don't need internet.

The room was nice and clean! They provided lots of little touches and the ability to cook in the room was a bonus. The only issues I had were the thinness of the walls, you could hear people’s conversations in the two rooms beside us and if they were even remotely loud it was LOUD. And because of street parking and the property and Florida being Florida, if it rains, you are getting drenched and trudging through water. An awning over the doors might also be helpful because if you accidentally try to open the door too soon and have to re-input the code, you’re just standing in the rain. And the inside floors are very slippery when wet! That all being said, we would probably stay here again. The location to Destin was fantastic and the price was really good. And like I said, it felt really clean in there!

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood about 12-15 mins away from Destin. Apartment was clean overall.. The walls are thin so i heard the neighbors about once during our 6 night stay on a late night talking.. There were no hangers ( luckily i packed my foldable travel hangers i got off Temu). There's no safe box in the room (luckily i brought a nice size travel one off Temu). There's no stopper in bathroom sink. Hole is very large, so be careful of loose jewelry or other small items around sink area. In need of an area to hang up wet clothes from the beach. Maybe owner can put up a hanging rack of some sort outside. The water pressure is weak. Very hot water but the pressure is to low. My hubby had an issue with that since he's a big guy. And if u remove the pillow cases, the pillows were stained yellow (luckily i packed lysol spray and my own pillow cases). I sprayed the bed and pillows down ( i put down my on blankets and new pillow cases on top of the ones provided and slept like that). I never unmade the bed so who knows how the bed sheet looked. Umm i would only stay here again if im on a budget.. overall its a very very decent spot, just needs some adjustments.
