Very nice stay, helpful staff and a great breakfast. The beds are comfy and the shower is good enough to wash anyone’s hair. We stayed as family with 2 young kids… they had a blast!

The staff were friendly and courteous. The plunge pool was nice as were the hotel public areas. I did however have a problem at check in. I had booked a room with a queen but received 2 double beds. Went back to reception and informed them and then was put in a room with 1 double bed. I have a feeling someone from the 2 bus tours that arrived got my room. To avoid the frustration I just stayed in the single. The room I was in only had a TV and air conditioning. No mini fridge, coffee maker or microwave. Maybe if I had been put in the room I booked my experience would have been better. Is this hotel worth the $125 CAD a night I paid for it. Nope! Not even close.
