Amazing staff, great location in Giza
The staff at the hotel are amazing and they offer some additional services with no charge, being polite, flexible and friendly. The room is serviceable but worth noting that it is next to a busy main road so could be quite loud.

Will definitely stay again!!
If you want to stay near the pyramids and don’t mind the business of the roads outside, then this is the hotel for you! From the moment we checked in, Mahmoud was very welcoming and hospitable. He ordered a couple fresh squeezed mango drinks for us, which was a pleasant surprise after our long flight. We rented a car and there are parking spaces next to the main entrance. They have a security guard that watches the car lot and main entrance. That definitely gave us peace of mind. Breakfast was delicious and always served with a smile. Room is clean and spacious. Very nice hot water! Fresh towels and water bottles available anytime we needed them. Mahmoud made sure we made the most out of our trip and was always there to help us with anything we needed. We really appreciated him making sure we were taken care of. At one point he knew we didn’t have cash and loaned us some until we could get to an atm. They are REALLY great people that go out of their way for their customers. Mahmoud also has connections to great drivers/ services that can take you to wherever you want to go at an affordable price. Stay at this Inn, you won’t regret it!!

Before we booked I looked into must hotels comments because traveling 2 girls alone it’s a bit of a challenge,and now I understand why they talked amazing about the hotel, amazing hospitality, everybody so nice and sweet, Mamut was the perfect host he definitely made us feel safe. King Khafen Inn was hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in internationally. From the moment I arrived in Egypt, I didn't just feel like a guest I felt like family. This is a clean and comfy hotel in the centre of Giza. The Rooftop terrace provided exceptional views of the Pyraminds while we ate breakfast and dinner. Every morning, we had a wonderful breakfast with breathtaking views of the Pyraminds. The staff at King Khafen are top tier and they go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The staff were also very kind and helpful with anything I needed, with perfect English, so there were no miscommunication issues. I was even able to book all of my amazing excursions from the hotel which was a huge plus for me. Upon arrival, Ibrahim provided me with an itinerary to make the most of my time in Egypt and enjoy my birthday trip. Everyone at the hotel and drivers were so hospitable and caring from the beginning of my trip until the end. I would like to give a special thank you to Ibrahim for providing superior customer satisfaction for me and my daughter while in Egypt. He has an infectious desire to serve his guests with a cheerful personality that makes you feel safe and valued. Please consider staying at King Khafen Inn the next time you are in Egypt, you will be happy you did!! I can't wait to return again soon.

Buried in the heart of Giza, is this great little place with a view that will leave you speechless. When you watch the sunrise on the rooftop it will fill you will such awe. The vibrancy of true Giza comes to life right on your hotel step; smells, sounds, people, community, everything. Everyone I spoke to, shook hands with, said ‘hello’ and ‘thankyou’ to was just fantastic. Mahmoud and Sap (my main hosts) these guys are unbelievably hospitable, incredibly resourceful and genuine hosts. Mahmoud I enjoyed our conversations together my good man. Muhammad my driver, there may have been a language barrier but we laughed, joked, ate Koshari and he was like an extended Egyptian brother. I went for the history…I left with a greater historical understanding and a full heart. Inshallah.

Great Value for Money.
This may not be a five star hotel but it offers 5 star customer service. The owner Mahmood was absolutely brilliant. There was nothing that he wouldn’t do for you, which included a complimentary pick up service from the airport that would normally cost in excess of £30 in most European cities. The hotel is in the top part of a building and has an excellent roof top terrace with a great view of the pyramids in the background. Having breakfast on the roof top was a great way to start the day. The he hotel was clean and modern, with complimentary air conditioning, water and digital TV. Mahmood organised a few trips for us which included our own transport and guide. We visited the pyramids, had dinner in the Nile and visited historical sites. All of which went so smoothly we felt like VIPs. The one thing that needs some attention is the water pressure in the shower but apart from that I would highly recommend this hotel. It offers fantastic value for money and super customer service.

This property had an amazing view of the Pyramids! The front desk (on a side street and upstairs) was a bit challenging but otherwise terrific! Personal service and concierge level care. They drove us to the pyramids gate and arranged us a guide. They picked us up and brought us back. We got upgraded for free to a room with a pyramid view out the windows and had a nice cool a/c unit! This was a pleasure.

The views were spectacular! Eating breakfast with a view of the pyramids was a dream come true. The staff was helpful and friendly. I had an amazing time in Egypt. I’m so glad I stayed at this hotel. The owner arranged fantastic tours for me. My guides were the best! Every part of my stay here was wonderful!

What a place! Hotel or Family - I say this as it is a hotel who makes you part of the family and you are treated this way the whole stay. It has been my dream for the last 50 years to come to Cairo and see the history- today I’m smiling as I have lived my dream. The moment I turned up at this hotel I knew I made the right decision. Mahmoud the owner was there to greet me on my arrival, it was late but he made sure I was fed and gave me the most wonderful mango juice I’ve ever tasted. I was then asked if I had an a list of things I wanted to do; they arranged tours from the hotel, I wanted a tour guide as well and that was no problem and we booked 3 days worth and all were reasonably priced. I woke up in the morning and went to breakfast on the roof and wow - you are looking at the Pyramids of Giza what a view. The breakfast was out of this world and authentic Egyptian. I then went back to my room opened the curtain and there were the pyramids. After my trip I came back and was taken to a fantastic Egyptian restaurant for dinner. Another fantastic trip and when I got back the owner introduced me to other guests and we all ate and had a laugh together and are all friends now. Today is my last full day and I realised a dream by going to the Egyptian Museum and the Civilisation museum. I’m now back at the hotel and Mahmoud is here to greet me and has arranged my taxi to the airport tomorrow and a trip along the way! A brilliant hotel who always puts the customer first

Hôtel au top magnifique tres propre aucun probleme petit déjeuner nickel un service au top le personnel au petit soin un grand merci a Mahmoud qui c est bien occupée de nous ainsi que des excursion de A a Z avec un chauffeur du debut a la fin expérience top
