We requested early check in with the hotel 3 days prior and were confirmed we could by the hotel. When we got there for the check in time they approved the room was not ready. The front reception didn't care about the inconvenience at all just smiled slyly and said sorry. That was the most disappointing part was that they didn't care we were put out. They said they didn't know when it would be ready but they would call when it was. We asked if we could just wait at the pool so the kids could swim while we waited a couple hours for our room. She again smiled and said no we could go somewhere else and they will call when it's ready. No accommodation attempt for their inconvenience to us was the most disappointing part. If we could have relaxed by the pool instead of sitting in the parking lot for hours would have been a little less disappointing but customer service seemed difficult from the customer service representative of the hotel. Then when we were finally given our early check in late they still charged us for early check in. Then they didn't provide us towels and when we went to ask for. Towels they said they were all in the dryer and come back later. Later never came till the next day.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, the breakfast was amazing, kids loved the pool. Only downfall is the noise from the highway.

Pool/slide times & information needs to be online.
Upon arrival at 9pm we were told the water slide closed at 9:30pm. Online says the pool is open until 10:30pm. There should be information about the slide times as well. Also, we were told children were not allowed in the pool after 10pm. This information should also be available in advance. They also request pool towels not be brought to the room. Most people prefer to not walk through the hotel wet and cold. Lastly, the bed squeaked loudly anytime you moved. Aside from those complaints, the positives are a clean hotel/room, service was nice enough, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good with plenty of options and the overall stay was good enough for our one night passing through.

No towels for the pool or xtras for the room. They ran out night of stay and still didn’t have any by checkout next day. Hallways were soaked and kids had nothing to dry themselves.

King room with sofa bed.
The sofa bed in our room was very uncomfortable. Better off sleeping on the floor. The water slide was also way too fast. Otherwise it is was good.
