Saleté dans les WC a notre arrivée pas nettoyé , pas de brosse a wc pour le faire j'ai du curer avec du papier toilette. Moisissures noires dans les murs de La porte d entrée et en salle de bain . Chambre froide a notre arrivée , il a fallu toute l apreme jusqu au soir pour que la chambre se chauffe . Pas agréable .

Chambre a refaire et amendé les fumeurs !
Je souhaite signaler plusieurs désagréments constatés dans ma chambre, malgré l’indication qu’elle est non-fumeur : Odeur de tabac froid, très désagréable. Chauffage/ventilation bruyante : en diminuant l’intensité pour réduire le bruit, il fait trop froid dans la chambre. Salle de bain : rideau de douche avec des traces de moisissure apparente, et présence de poils dans le lavabo à mon arrivée. Sol : abîmé et incrusté de saletés. Ces problèmes rendent mon séjour inconfortable. Je vous remercie par avance pour votre prise en compte et une éventuelle solution.
