Comuna 2's Historic Center neighbourhood is known for its beaches and restaurants, and entices visitors with attractions, including Parque de los Novios and Santa Marta Theater.
Whether you want to collect beach glass or watch the sunset, Rodadero Beach is a spot you might want to check out when visiting central Puerto de Gaira. Enjoy the sunset by the shore at Blanca Beach, Santa Marta Beach and Bello Horizonte Beach.
If you like quiet time surrounded by flowers and greenery, hang out at Parque de los Novios in Historic Center. Why not take a stroll along the beaches and watch the sunset while you're here? Commune with nature and explore the great outdoors at Blue Well during your travels in Minca. While you're in the area, stroll along the beautiful beaches.
Bask on golden beaches where the Sierra Nevada mountains dramatically plunge into the Caribbean Sea. Explore the lush rainforests of Tayrona National Park, spotting monkeys and toucans in the canopy.
I recommend visiting El Rodadero for a couple of nights and experience this beach town. Restaurants, entertainment, shopping but, two nights is enough there. Be sure to to do BK restaurant for great food and a beautiful sunset.

Santa Marta has plenty to do. Restaurants, nice walking on the Malecón. And it's close to many great day trips like Minka, Taganfa, Tayrona park Palomino. Each one an easy and interesting day trip

Worth a visit however the nicest beaches near Santa Marta need to be traveled to and the area tends to not be walkable or completely safe for tourist at night

Don't venture alone past the Cathedral and ask your hotels for recommendations. Take Uber if you need to go further, it's fast, efficient and safe.

Santa Marta is a city on the Caribbean Sea in northern Colombia. Is the oldest colonial city in Colombia. And the second-oldest in all of South America. It was founded in 1925 and is a city full of history.

Excelente lugar para disfrutar de la playa, descansar y pasar unas excelentes vacaciones
"We had a great time at this hotel. It has a big pool and a separate one for the little kids. It has access to the beach and was very quiet and clean. The staff was truly amazing, always helping and welcoming. We decided to stay three nights and really enjoy everything the hotel offered and I think it was more than enough time. The food at the restaurant was great, it included the breakfast but I think they have reasonable prices for lunch and dinner or just snacks. I booked for my two boys, my mom and my niece, we had the bedroom with two queen beds and a sofa bed in the living room, two bathrooms, balcony, dinning room and a small kitchen at the entrance. I think the kitchen area can use some update or just remove it completely, the furniture in general can be outdated but overall was very clean and pleasant. It worked for us because we really wanted to enjoy the beach and pools but be aware is far from the city and not a walkable area outside the hotel. I truly recommended for families looking to get relaxed "
"This is a new property and very elegant. The only negative comment would be that the restaurant seemed to be a bit short staffed and service was slow."
