Everything was fine ,the only complaint was a stranger was banging on my door at 330 am so it ruined my whole night ,but the bed was comfy and for the price it was fairly clean ,but I definitely didn't feel safe

Fauld's Motel
Reasonable with room access to your car just a few steps away. My unit was very clean, the bed comfortable and good water temperature and pressure in the shower. I appreciated the microwave and fridge, both in fine condition. There were no cups in the room, but, however, when I spoke to the manager, 6 were brought by him within a minute. He also was friendly, eager and obliging. Nancy

Motel room is clean, bathroom is clean, hot showers and strong pressure. Bed comfortable. Towels were soft and plush. Safe and quiet. Staff is polite. Manager/owner went out of his way to ensure our needs were met. Very good price.

2/5 stars overall. Staff were friendly. Condition of property was not good. Door sides were broken. Lobby smell was not good. TV was not working and 3 staff worked on the TV past the time I said it was okay and to leave. Price is high for this quality. I paid about $100 a day for this. Ideally should be half the price only. Okay for a 1 or 2 night crash or if nothing else is available. Bathroom mirror was in poor condition and toilet seats were neither high or wide enough. Find another place if you are able to.

I stayed in this motel for 3 nights and it was clean, it had very good and spacious parking. The rooms are big and have a lot of space. The staff was amazing and helpful, especially Deepak !! Looking forward to book with this place again, the best place in Sarnia to spend the night! 5 stars

We stayed at the hotel 3 nights.. everyone from stuff were friendly. Room very clean. Nice and quiet. Very convenient for travellers who wish to visit Sarnia and surrounding areas.

Not recommended!
Had to switch rooms due to smoke smell in first room. Second room had not been cleaned. It was 10pm when I checked in. Asked for a refund so we could look elsewhere and was offered $100 of my $132 paid. The took about 10 minutes to "straighten up" the room and I stayed for 5 hours and left. I would not recommend this motel. The staff was friendly and that was the only plus.

The property was a bit run down. My biggest issue with lack of cleanliness was that the towels were spotted and appeared not to be clean. The towels may have been laundered, but finding spots on them when I unfolded them made me doubt their cleanliness. Also, the bed did not have a fitted sheet. It was made with two flat sheets. The mattress was very low quantity. It was like sleeping on a low quality foam pad. There was also only a single partial roll of toilet paper. I ran out of paper in the morning. Thankfully, I had my own facial tissues with me in my purse. Overall, it was a disappointing stay. It is a place that I would not return to and would not recommend.

A very strange stay. I received a telephone call during supper on the day I was to check in asking if I was still coming. I said Yes, I would arrive in about an hour. Something was mumbled about 7pm and I hung up. I double checked and all advertising for this property says Office is open 24/7 so this confused me. When I arrived at the office an hour later, I was told I did not have a reservation. I asked why he had called me then? This front desk person felt his sense of humour was more important than just doing business. Finally receive my room key and when I walked into the room, the A/C was turned off and the room was extremely hot. Room cleanliness was OK. Next day I had a second room reserved. When I went in to get that room key, once again he felt his humour was more important than just getting business done. I was hot, tired and had worked outdoors during the heat warnings all day and just wanted to get into the room. He played a game and would not book me into the second room until I told him whether I wanted a room "close" or "far away". No matter what, he refused to give me a room until I answered his game. The room he finally gave me was about as far from the office as possible but there was no parking there at all. Considering I have accessible parking permit and have trouble walking, this was unacceptable. Also, other guests had their swim towels and clothing hung on all the window sills in that area of the hotel, including the room he assigned me.

Nous avons réservé 1h avant notre arrivée. Les 2 responsables nous ont super bien accueilli, chaleureux et disponibles. La chambre est vielle, cependant c’est propre, le lit est confortable et toutes les commodités fonctionnent parfaitement.
