Pegamos um quarto com alguns móveis que precisam de manutenção. A pressão da água do chuveiro é muito forte, ligando mais fraco a água não sai direto. Fora isso, a vista é linda, o atendimento excelente, boa localização, café da manhã com muitas opções.

Na média entre prós e contras.

O hotel é de fácil localização, quarto e banheiro amplos, com excelente chuveiro e bom café da manhã, próximo do shopping e restaurantes, outrossim, não tem uma aparência agradável com paredes mal pintadas de cinza, buffet de refeição cara (99,00 reais) por pessoa, assim como as bebidas. O serviço de limpeza dos quartos deixa a desejar, pois passei sete dias e no sexto dia tive que pedir para ser retirado o lixo, que provavelmente não seria retirado se eu não estivesse no quarto. Sujeira no banheiro e ralo da pia devido a limpeza precária. Houve goteiras do ar condicionado na frente da porta do quarto e logo ao entrar. Foi cobrado uma diária a mais no check-out e retirado apenas quando pedi para verificar os lançamentos do que foi consumido.
