Experiência incrível. Não está tudo pronto ainda (todos os quartos) e talvez por isso foi ótimo. Nada de longas filas, nada de piscina muito cheia e a praia tem um beach club maravilhoso. A equipe de funcionários é sempre prestativa. Destaque ao Edmilson dos anjos e da menina que estava na carne grelhada que nos ajudou na alimentação e nos pedidos que fizemos. Voltaremos em breve.

Excelente experiência geral, com pequenos pontos de atenção: Apesar de um imprevisto no check-in e de o Hotel não está 100% pronto (Ainda em Construção), nossa experiência no hotel foi ótima. A estrutura do spa e da academia é maravilhosa, a alimentação é excelente e a equipe de recreação é impecável — com um agradecimento especial ao recreador Grilo pelo atendimento incrível. Recomendamos a hospedagem e pretendemos retornar, apesar da empatia e mal-humor da equipe do Check-In que liberou a Suíte apenas após 16:50.

1. O primeiro quarto alagou de esgoto na primeira noite; fui transferido. 2. No segundo, banheiro fedendo a esgoto e caimento errado: ralo de um lado da sacada, água do outro. 3. Não há bebedouros pelo hotel (só nas áreas infantis) — você compra água até na piscina. 4. Acabamento dos banheiros horrível; rejunte com mais de um dedo de largura. 5. Água sem pressão em nada: nem banho, nem descargas. É comum achar resíduo de quem usou o vaso antes. 6. O restaurante retirava o buffet e parava de aceitar pedidos 20 min antes do fim da refeição; corrigiram após reclamações. 7. O pedido por QR Code nas mesas não funciona: você pede e não entregam. Garçons perdidos. 8. Marteladas pontualmente às 8h15 todo dia. Pedimos que fossem após as 9h, sem sucesso. 9. Estrutura de praia ridícula: areia jogada sobre o mato, com mato crescendo por baixo. Dá nojo deixar as crianças. 10. Moscas pousando na comida enquanto você se serve, principalmente no restaurante kids. Absurdo. 11. Surto de gastroenterite no hotel: várias pessoas passaram mal, incluindo minha família. Eu fui parar no hospital. Pontos positivos: funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos; recreação excepcional e bem treinada. Em suma: hotel mal construído, serviço mediano e excelente recreação — muito abaixo do esperado para um Tauá. O X da questão: outros resorts do Nordeste entregam o mesmo pacote, nesse nível, pela metade do preço.
