Fue una instancia tranquila.. Fue incómodo que pasaran tocando por las mañanas ya que en ocasiones aún nos encontrábamos descansando y eso provocaba alterar nuestro sueño.. En ocasión no realizaron servicio de limpieza en la habitación lo cual al llegar fue desagradable.. Hubo ocasiones que en el servicio de café no se contaba con cucharas o palitos para poder disolver la azúcar en el café.. El servicio en el elevador en ocasiones fue deficiente ya que teníamos que colocar varias veces las tarjetas para que fueran aceptado el lector lo cual ocasionó incomodidad para lograr subir al 5to piso En una ocasión las toallas tenían un olor feo que al secar dejaban un aroma incómodo en la piel.. La atención de las personas de recepción siempre fue atenta y con una actitud educada y agradable
