Fantastic Hotel at a Great Price!
Really great experience at the Fairfield in Cabo. The rooms were on the smaller size, but we had a big, comfortable king bed. Everything was recently renovated and very clean. The included breakfast was fresh and tasty, front desk had excellent service, and was a 10-15 minute walk from the mall/marina. Would definitely recommend!

Cabo 2 night stay
We stayed in hete to experince downtown Cabo for a few days before moving to an all inclusive resort for a wedding The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the marina and beach area. The hotel staff were helpful. The breakfast was ok. There are several large party venues across the street so it can be noisey itbthe front rooms at night. It a good place to stay for a couple of nights.

Rooms fine and clean but the service more or less
Breakfast was included. However, I never received the information about scheduling, so I miss the breakfast that was until 9:30 am , for me it was not flexible. The service is slow, I have to wait for 30 min to get some fruit. Nobody there to ask , in general the rooms are fine and clean but the people that is working there is too young. So they are not worried about the service.

We found the hotel itself to be ok- not amazing, but not the worst. King sized bed we booked was not available, but 2 queens were ok. Beware this location if you want a good nights sleep (especially a room on front of hotel)- the bar across the street had extremely loud music playing until 5:00 in the morning and sleep was impossible.

Hotel is with in walking distance of Marnia, shopping, and clubs. There is a loud bar/restaurant across the street. Over all if you just need somewhere to crash every night then this is your hotel.

Zero sleep in 48 hours… rethink your stay here
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU PLAN ON SLEEPING!!! Unless you can sleep through a music festival right outside your window, you won’t get any. The hotel itself was ok. Staff were nice. Breakfast average with not much choice. Bed quite comfortable. Bedding could have been better with a blanket or doona. The worst part of this place is the club/bar across the road. Loud music is played ALL night. It went until 5am. Then started up again around lunchtime. I could not get any sleep at all at this place and was so happy to leave. I was not warned about this. Had I known, I would have stayed elsewhere. Beware!!!

It’s your standard Marriott Fairfield and the property is exactly what you expect if you’re a Marriott member. The location is a 10 minute walk to the wharf, beaches, Walmart and the grocery store. The surrounding area is safe just a few deserted lots with graffiti and trash, but if you can look past those minor issues. You’ll enjoy your stay.
