Me pusieron en una habitación muy pequeña con unas escaleras imposibles para mí y no era lo que había reservado. Luego me lo cambiaron por una mejor pero no había nadie a las 9 de la noche que tampoco es muy tarde en verano.

Todo fue fantástico, pero deberían indicar dentro de las características del hotel, que la recepción no está disponible todo el día, y el hotel debería asegurarse de que los clientes tienen sus códigos para acceder tanto al hotel como a la habitación. Antes de viajar, llamen y obtengan el código para no encontrarse con sorpresas, ya que el acceso está automatizado a veces.

Al llegar al hotel, miércoles 29 junio, habia una fiesta en el sotano con música que atronaba en la habitación. Pregunté en recepción y me dijeron que terminaría sobre las 21.00. Pero no me dijeron que por la noche habia otra distinta en la zona de la piscina que me dejó sin dormir hasta las 3 de la mañana. Increible... Me quejé a las 23.50 y me dijeron que acabaría pronto pero no fue así... La experiencia no pudo ser peor. Y la recepcion al dia siguiente no abrió hasta las 8.30. Vamos todo ventajas...

It is a fantastic place to stay. My only complaint was some of the others who were staying there. A little noisy but after living in Spain for 5 years you learn to go with the flow. The staff were excellent, friendly and very informative!

O colchão é velho, o quarto não tem ventilação, não tem ar condicionado e o banheiro não tem janela nem ventilação mecânica. A piscina não funciona e a banheira nao está funcionando

La Monasteria is one of my favourite hotels in Spain. Stunning location in the heart of the historical district. The rooms are phenomenal; they’re large, tastefully decorated and full of historical artefacts. It’s definitely worth eating there. The food is super tasty and very reasonably priced. Osuna is easily reached by train from both Malaga and Seville, but the walk up the hill to the Monasteria is a little challenging. Lots of free parking if you are travelling by car. I still do not understand why this gorgeous hotel is so cheap!

El hotel está en un entorno histórico, con vistas espectaculares sobre la población de Osuna y muy carca de los lugares a visitar. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, pero necesitarían una pequeña puesta al día. A destacar la piscina, se agradece en días de calor.
