The hotel and spa had excellent facilities. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor areas were beautiful although during this busy time it was sometimes difficult to find a deck chair in a shady spot. The hotel itself is situated a 10 min walk from the lakeside town of Bardolino where there were plenty of options for eating and drinking.

As for the service, it is not a 4 stars. The massage was given in a cold room with no music and the spa pools had many kids. Additionally, the restaurant’s food is mediocre and low quality. Location is good.

Generelt skønt hotel. Man får en behagelig og god service overalt. Både i receptionen, ved poolen og til morgenmaden. Bilen holder skønt i parkeringskælderen, hvor der er gratis opladning til elbil på 2 standere. Værelserne er også gode, lidt mangel på lys over håndvasken, sengen er lidt hård, men der er en generel ting i Sydeuropa. Den måde værelserne køles ned på er fantastisk, da man kan skrue ned for blæser hastighed, også hører man slet ikke airconditionen. Vi kommer tilbage en anden gang.
