Great quality hotel close to Spa.
We had a great stay here. Needed somewhere close to the Spa Francorchamps circuit (spotted some team personnel at breakfast!), with separate beds for us travelling as father and child. Easy to find, park, magnificent view, good breakfast options, friendly staff, no complaints!

Un hôtel qui ne paie pas de mine de l'extérieur, mais qui offre tout le confort d'un 4*. Le personnel était très souriant et accueillant, on a eu la chance que notre chambre soit disponible a notre arrivée même s'il n'était que 14h.

Over het algemeen prima! Personeel is vriendelijk, en bereid te helpen. Ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid! Er zijn een paar kleine dingetjes die opvielen: Het wc-papier hangt op een rara plek. Niet te doen als je eenmaal op de wc zit. Bij binnenkomst was er voor ons geen water, en de douche/badschuim was op. Bij navraag de volgende dag was dit snel verholpen.

Excellent , à part l'insonorisation de la chambre.
Il faut bien avouer, que la façade de l'hotel ne paie pas de mine. Par contre, les chambres sont superbes, elles sont spacieuses, j'avais un balcon avec une vue incroyable, la salle du petit déjeuner était très bien agencée, avec une terrasse très spacieuse et toujours une vue superbe. Mis à part le manque d'insonorisation des chambres, mon expérience était parfaite !

Belle chambre avec jolie vue sur la vallée. Beau centre aquatique pour se délasser, après roulages sur le circuit de Spa. Petit déjeuner excellent. Personnels très agréables et serviables. Par pitié, changez le robinet de la douche et installez un mitigeur classique manuel ou thermostatique !

Toujours aussi agréable !
Toujours aussi agréable de séjourner au Silva Hôtel. La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné était améliorée avec un nouveau canapé. Le personnel est toujoyrs aussi accueillant et serviable. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Le séjour était très bien, hors mis le fait que notre famille ait été séparée la première nuit (sur 2 nuitées), alors que nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes. Cet incident a été traité avec apathie et lorsque nous avons évoqué cela lors du Check out, aucun geste n’a été consenti à part nous demander d’envoyer un e-mail à la comptable!
