Great hotel and a good location. It's a bit outside of the most busy area, so it's quiet but still close to the busy areas. Very close to the Peace Memorial area, which is amazing. The staff is great, and the breakfast is amazing.

Great location and great hotel.

A perfect hotel close to the Peace Memorial Park and within easy walking distance from the train station. The staff were all lovely and my room had a comfy bed and everything you needed. The public bath was great and i enjoyed it every evening. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice stay with good breakfast

Comfortable room, cleaning and room service available. The front desk is always manned and staff are very helpful. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and really yum. There is a public bath, but fyi they do not allow people with tattoos or body art, and no option to cover them up with a sticker. There is a small deep bath in the room though, so you can still have a bath if you have body art.

Comfortable hotel in central area

Comfortable hotel, breakfast and public bathroom were the highlights. As all hotels in Japan room was quite small. Location in central area was great!

The only issue I have was that my table/desk wasn't cleaned, it still has the food stain made by the previous guest, other than that it was an ok stay, buffet was cheap and great, housekeeping staff was very nice, specially the older ones.

The man at front desk was wonderful. All front desk staff seemed lovely. Breakfast was really very good. Wish signs in onsen had english. Or like a book in the front change room area with english/other languages for signs/warnings inside. Phone in onsen would be rude/weird. So I have no way to translate signs or warnings.

The location was very good. However, we requested a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room even though our reservation was made months in advance. The bathroom was too small to use the shower comfortably for me (although I am above average height I am not super tall). The shower was both short and narrow like a very small camper. The breakfast and service at the breakfast was very good. However, even with the good service I would not stay here again given the multitude of other hotels I saw in the area unless I could not find other options for the price.

The breakfast buffet was amazing! I was however very disappointed with the small size of the room which smelled of cigarette smoke. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room. In spite of being assured the “whole hotel is non-smoking “, there was an ashtray in the room and a sign advising us not to smoke in bed. I woke each morning with a headache and the hallways stank of cigarettes.
