Sempre me hospedo no Normandy, quando vou a Belo Horizonte, as vezes reservam quartos maravilhosos, outras vezes bem decepcionantes, com cheiro de mofo e mal limpo.

Depende a necessidade
Embora seja bastante antigo, os quartos e banheiros são bons e espaçosos. Café da manhã é razoável pelo valor. Problemas: elevadores extremante demorados e local extremamente barulhento e não possui nenhum isolamento acústico. Acesso ao hotel de táxi ou Uber é muito ruim, é preciso parar na via. Moradores de rua sempre próximos da entrada. Em domingos, parece ocorrer uma feira na rua, que começa a ser montada de madrugada, com bastante barulho, e o transito na rua é interrompido.

Boa localização, porém fica ao lado da igreja e de uma avenida muito movimentada, pra quem gosta de silêncio para dormir não indico … tem o sino da igreja às 7h da manhã e várias outras vezes posteriores e bastante barulho da avenida. O quarto que fiquei era bem espaçoso e reformado, porém janelas antigas que também fazem bastante barulho com o vento. Tem um pequeno shopping a um quarteirão com pequena praça de alimentação que ajuda em algumas necessidades de alimentação rápida

Gostei do hotel, bem localizado, quarto limpo, sem cheiro de mofo, roupas de cama e banho cheirosas. Bom atendimento. Só não gostei muito do café da manhã, café básico, sem muita variedade e com o mesmo cardápio todos os dias. Recomendo.

Hotel velho precisando de reforma
As fotos do anúncio são do local novo, o que já não representa mais a realidade atual. O hotel precisa muito de uma boa reforma, principalmente os elevadores, que nem as luzes dos botões dos andares acendem mais. Café da manhã bem fraco, pão de queijo de baixissima qualidade. A piscina estava suja e com cheiro de urina. Na noite que chegamos pedimos mais 2 travesseiros e só fomos receber no outro dia, após muita ligação e insistência. Claramente o local esta largado e faz o minimo no atendimento aos hóspedes. Para uma pernoite, é ok. Para mais de uma diária, não recomendo. Não é um local que eu voltaria a ficar.
