Inn of the Rockies

We had a great stay, good location. Very clean.

I picked this hotel for several reasons , one was it had laundry and we needed it! After realizing my room did not have it and it was advertised as having it I went to the front desk. An older man who looked like he was the maintenance man said sorry not his problem and my room didn’t have it. I explained why I expected it and had all our clothes to be done. He said the premium room does not have it. I said well I didn’t book a premium room I booked the standard. They put me in the premium. Again wasn’t his problem. He did give me a key to do laundry in another room but I could only do it if I cut into my vacation time. Which were limited to begin with so I did get laundry done but wasted a whole morning. So basically I have never been treated so poorly by a hotel in my life. After reaching out to management they offered no help either. I will never stay here and do your self a favor and look elsewhere. The room was. Ice but the standard is awful and outdated and worn. I spent a lot of time their in the standard doing laundry. The room was so minimally stocked we constantly had to go to the front desk to get stuff. Trash bags paper towels,toilet paper,soap. Etc. pictures make the place look way better than it actually is

The room was speciouse enough for 5 people. HOwever, the aircindition units are places under the windows and therefore are cooling the bed frame only, and one of them was only a fan. Downstairs in the mainfloor it was hot with no aircindition. The sofabed had such a thun matrress so I fold it back and slept on the sofa which cost me back pains till today...The swimming pool was cold, and the Jaquzi not very clean... I com[lained about the sofa bed and was waived 100$ off my bill.

The house is clean and comfortable. Quiet area with mountains in view but a bit far from lake Louise. We don't need much information from property personal but it is noticed that there were nobody most of the time at lobby and we had to line up to wait for somebody to process the check out.

The cabins definitely need some work.
