It is a lovely place with a great breakfast. All team is kind and friendly. Bath towels are a bit worn out, better towels would move them to a 5-star review. Great place to stay while exploring Parque Nacional do Itatiaia and Penedo.

A decent hotel for the budget. Breakfast was simple, parking adequate and the pool looked nice (though we didn’t go in). The rooms are a bit tired. Our bed sheet was ripping and coming away from the mattress and the floor was dirty. WiFi was variable. Nice staff.

Então, como eu e minha esposa conversamos: O lugar tem um potencial enorme, porém falta um pouco de cuidado, não sei se somente o quarto que ficamos estava assim: cheioro de mofo, bastante poeira, paredes sujas, toalhas de banho bem surradas.

Quarto luxo vista p/ montanha com varanda, péssimo

não é um local para casal. Acústica do quarto péssima, cama desconfortável e muito barulhenta, cortinas de plástico que parecem cortinas de banheiro, colcha rasgada, travesseiro fino de muito uso e mofado, edredom todo empoeirado ou seja foi utilizado por outros casais e não lavam, o quarto não possui espelho, somente no banheiro, meio espelho em cima da pia, não possui interfone para falar com a recepção, não oferecem touca de banho, secador ou outras coisas, apenas 2 sabonetes e duas toalhas duras e encardidas que ja estavam cinzas de tanto usar, o chuveiro é elétrico. Café da manhã bem básico e servido em um local que bate sol e com cheiro de mofo. Escada pra chegar ao quarto bem íngreme e nem corrimão possui, o quarto estava cheio de areia no chão. Para chegar ate a pousada vai enfrentar uma estrada de terra bem esburacada, também fica longe do centro, ou seja gente, procurem outra pousada!!!

Foram dias agradáveis. Só que tinha um grupo de pessoas que não parava de gritar , falando alto . Tiramos dias para o silêncio e não teve . No último dia teve goteira no quarto e no banheiro . E no meu quarto em frente a rede de esgoto exposta perto do pula pula .
