Check-in confuso, desconectado, estressante !! Lançamentos indevidos de consumo no restaurante: Lançaram 2 jantares no dia 30/04/2025, sendo que chegamos na tarde do dia 01/05/25 !! Na noite do dia 01/05/2025, lançaram mais 2 jantares, após assinatura da comanda, sendo que, foram consumidos lanches e bebidas que foram e pagos na mesma noite !! Lançaram diárias de estacionamento de 2 automóveis, sendo que estávamos com apenas 1. Estes lançamentos indevidos foram estornados após diversas conversas com recepcionistas e gerência, mas foi uma péssima experiência ter que ficar diariamente monitorando os lançamentos. Quando nos hospedamos em um Hotel é para ter tranquilidade e lazer, sem preocupações desta natureza.. Como ponto positivo, os quartos (triplos) eram de bom tamanho e limpos. Editado por Marques
