Localização dos chalés muito ruim

Pousada boa, porém tenho 64 anos e estava sozinha e fui colocada em um quarto na parte superior de difícil p chegar no quarto. Solicitei alteração e foi recusada. Idoso deveria ser colocado dos quartos em baixo.

Localização excelente

A pousada é muito bem localizada, pertinho do principal centro turístico com lojas e restaurantes de Arraial d’Ajuda. A pousada é muito bonita, os quartos são como chalés, separados uns dos outros. A piscina sempre limpa e o café da manhã com várias opções, porém não fazem tapiocas e omeletes, mas tem bastante opção. Um ponto negativo do quarto é a baixa iluminação, achei o quarto escuro, e a porta que após ser trancada ficou uma fresta bem grande, acabei colocando uma toalha na hora de dormir por medo de entrar algum bicho.

Péssima experiencia

A pousada é bonita muito arborizada porém nos colocaram um um quarto isso se eu puder chamar aquilo de quarto, um lugar horrível um calabouço sem ventilação nos fundos de frente para uma cerca. Lugar não condizente com as fotos. Eu estava com uma pessoa com deficiência o lugar era de difícil acesso . Falei com o recepcionista (Adriano) que foi muito grosseiro dizendo que não tinha vaga em outros chalés sendo que havia muitos chalés vazios e ele ainda me disse que se eu não estivesse satisfeita que era pra procurar outro lugar. Café da manhã muito fraco tbm e não pegava quase nenhum canal nem mesmo a Globo.

Pousada boa em Ajuda

A pousada é gostosa, com muitas arvores, assim como a cama (colchao firme), lencois (de algodao, frios) e os travesseiros. A piscina é uma delicia. O cafe da manha é fraco. Suco de goiaba aguado. E, apenas, pao de queijo ruinzinho como opcao sem.gluten. Estava tendo um.show na praca que durou ate uma hora da manha e atrapalhou para dormir (domingo para segunda) e o recepcionista Mateus nao se oferece para carregar a mala (disse que sao normas da casa). Acho que ele podia ter sido mais gentil. Ainda assim, recomendo a pousada.

A estadia foi bem tranquila, o café da manhã foi bem serviço, apenas a escolha do quarto que nos foi oferecido que não nos agradou, visto que era o último da pousada, ficando longe de tudo é bem afastado e o Wi-Fi com baixa velocidade e lentidão.
