Horizon club was good. A good room makeup. Very food bedding. Power shortage including elevator stop several times everyday. Very dangerous hotel limo driver for airport pickup. I have stayed here two times in the past 2 years and I absolutely love this property! Friendly folks beautiful rooms and dining options. Only issue I had was the vault had a mind of its own, made 3 attempts to get it sorted with the engineers finally had to replace it but everything else trumped this issue. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were large and well laid out. Will return on my next visit later this year! Wonderful week spent!

The hotel is ok. For some reason, they charge 10 to 15 times more than the street-level price (eg uber) for transportation…the hôtel is in the middle of nowhere so you need to be ready to be driven around. The food is the highlight of the place…and the only attraction of the city if you ask me.

Manager kind enough to provide complimentary late check out. I personally like a garden of any size to unwind and buffer from the city traffic.

Excellent hotel on a crowded street. Airport transfers at INR 4000 is too expensive. Food in the cafe was very good but no a-la carte option (buffet only), which is disappointing. For a small eater like me you are forced to eat either buffet at the cafe or in the specialty restaurants upstairs which I don't prefer. In-room dining menu is very limited which is surprising.
