Family Stay
The room was large and spacious. We had two adults and three children and were not crowded. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was not up to our standards though. It was very cold and the tile around it had some mildew. Breakfast had lots of options. The only issue is one morning there were lots of guests. There weren't enough chairs, and the staff got overwhelmed. The staff was kind though and did their best to accommodate the guests. We would stay here again.

The Internet was out for most of our stay. This was very irritating. The staff even had to walk us up and let us into our room whenever we needed to get in! Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Our stay started off great. The room was nice, spacious and clean. We had dozed off watching TV and woke up around 1am to turn it off. After that, it was horrible. The people next door (Rm 304) were blasting music and making a ton of noise. We called to the desk and the night clerk said she would handle it. It never stopped. We called again. Same response. I finally went down to the desk at 2am and the night clerk said she would have them escorted off the property because they've been told several times. I'm not sure if that ever happened but we were finally able to fall asleep thanks to our AC unit that drowned out any noise. I'm assuming they never left because when we woke up, we could still hear people in that room. I'm sure there was a language barrier but in any case, I dont appreciate being lied to.
