Friendly staff but the hotel was not up to scratch

Firstly I was put in the wrong room and was switched after the first night. The first room had a problem with one of the sockets which was quite dangerous- the socket didn’t hold the plug tightly enough so the electricity didn’t flow properly. On my second day I told the staff that I didn’t want breakfast- which I meant for that morning but they assumed I meant ever again and so stopped bringing it. The breakfast option was the same everyday anyway so I wasn’t too bothered about it but it would have been nice if they confirmed with me. There was one day where they didn’t clean my room, another day where I went out for a short while and they had seemed to start cleaning and left it half way but then finished it off later. They forgot to replace the toilet tissue one time and so I had to ask for that. There was an issue with the tap in the bathroom in the new room and they also didn’t seem to sweep underneath the beds. I found it strange that there was also someone often sleeping just outside my room in this waiting area type space, presumably for security.

2/10 Terrible

Bad service

Stayed her for 2 separate days. First time it was ok service. The second time it was terrible service! We ordered the hotel late in the day and when we arrived we got to know that they were full even tho we already had payed for the room. We had to argue for a long time, and the reseptionist said he did not care if we had to sleep on the street. In the end we got a room, but it was a bad experience.

Do not book this hotel. It has nothing of a 3 star hotel. More of a motel

期待とは違うホテル、安さで選ぶなら大丈夫。

このホテルを、プールがありWiFiが部屋にもあり朝食ブッフェということで選んだのですが、 まずプールはありません。作っている、というわけでもありませんのでミス広告です。 朝食もパンと卵のセットかオートミールの2種類のみになります。 またシャワーは非常に弱く、お湯も長くはでません。 WiFiはよかったし、数名の受付の方の対応は非常によかったのですが、諸々の点から次回の宿泊は難しいです。

Il n y a que le personnel qui est très sympa et serviable, autrement l'hôtel est calamiteux, des cloques sur les murs, la peinture qui tombe, de la crasse par terre et sur les portes..., des odeurs nauséabondes, du bruit incessant dans les couloirs........vraiment à éviter.
