En dessous des standards 4 étoiles, décevant

Un peu déçu de cet hĂŽtel pour dire que c’est un 4 Ă©toiles. L’accueil n’était pas trĂšs cordial, cela-dit le personnel du petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait sympathique. La chambre Ă©tait en dessous du standard, pas hyper propre, avec une odeur de moisi. La chambre n’avait aucun service: Pas de bouilloire, cafĂ© etc. MĂȘme si le covid nous a Ă©tĂ© indiquĂ© comme la raison, tous les autres hĂŽtels de notre sĂ©jour avaient ces services donc un effort serait bienvenu. Parking trĂšs pratique. Points positifs: bel environnement et trĂšs jolie piscine au calme. Bonne localisation prĂšs de Sarlat.

HÎtel trÚs joli et trÚs propre. Literie trÚs confortable. Cependant nous regrettons le manque de service pour ce standing (vieilles serviettes usées et pas de peignoir, piscine non chauffée, mini bar vide, petit déjeuner sans buffet chaud salé, pas de permanence H24). TrÚs vieille salle de bain pas pratique. Agréable séjour mais trop cher a notre goût.

Bel hÎtel situé à 10 min en voiture du centre de Sarlat. HÎtel de charme qui malgré les restrictions Covid-19 sait recevoir sa clientÚle. Belle piscine, trÚs tranquille. Petit Déjeuner moyen (plusieurs produits industriels liés aux restrictions Covid-19 de qualité assez moyenne), le service restant à la hauteur.

TrĂšs bonne expĂ©rience d'une nuit en famille (couple avec un enfant de 2 ans) dans ce bel hĂŽtel, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et au cadre trĂšs bucolique. L'accueil fut Ă  la fois simple et chaleureux. La chambre Ă©tait propre. Peu de monde malgrĂ© la pĂ©riode des vacances scolaires, du fait de la crise sanitaire. Le personnel Ă©tait trĂšs disponible et souriant durant le sĂ©jour. Piscine et parc (Ă©tang, jardins, etc.) trĂšs bien entretenus. HĂŽtel lĂ©gĂšrement Ă  l'Ă©cart du centre ville de Sarlat, ce qui implique d'ĂȘtre vĂ©hiculĂ© mais cela n'est aucunement gĂȘnant. Nous y reviendrons si notre chemin repasse par lĂ  !

Air conditioner was totally inadequate. Wi-Fi was poor. Toilet and bathroom were separate; latter required two steps. People at reception were unfriendly, refused to speak English and were unable to recommend a quality restaurant in Sarlot. Nice pool, good breakfast. Entrance off main road precarious. Four star rating undeserved.

Friendly and very helpful.

Quiet, quaint with modern touches. Staff, especially Veronique and Patrick, could not be more helpful and accommodating. Easy central location to caves, Sarlat, castles and small medieval towns.

Das Hotel hat wirklich eine ausgesprochen schöne Lage. Es ist sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im ganzen Haus herrscht eine sehr persönliche und fröhliche Stimmung. Die Außenanlagen laden zum verweilen ein und erhöhen den Erholungsfaktor des Aufenthaltes ungemein. Unser Zimmer war sehr schlicht und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis stimmt auf jeden Fall. Wir wĂŒrden jeder Zeit wiederkommen.

Nice hotel.

This a nicely renovated and decorated old building with good preservation of its original character , done as a quaint hotel in a nice countryside setting. We have been told by the management that initially it was an old farmhouse. Nice grounds ,nice outside swimming pool. We have had a warm welcome. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. No restaurant in the hotel except for breakfast. But a supermarket is situated very close to the hotel. We had a good stay and we recommend this hotel to other travellers.
