Katastrophe. Nie wider Hotel.com
Habe das hotel im voraus gezahlt
Hatten meine reservierung nicht und haben mich abgewiesen.
Musste mitten in der Nacht einen Schlafplatz suchen.
Extrem unfreundlich.
Hotel.com hilft einem nur mit einer KI. Das ist Nutzlos.
Nie wider buche ich etwas über diese Seite.
Geld werde ich auch nie wider sehen.

worst hotel and should be rated single Star
It was a very terrible experience as it was not at all family friendly to stay -smelling of liquor, very dirty and stained bed sheets bathroom door broken and many other problems. We reached very late in the night hence there was no option to cancel and move to a different hotel I would request to enquire my complaints with the hotel staff and refund full amount

Avoid it like the plague
The only good thing about this hotel was the friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel itself extremelly dirty and disgusting.
The bedding was dirty, the pillows stunk, there were bed bugs, the towels were dirty, dusty everywhere and spider webs hanging around the room.
I asked for some cuttlery to eat my food and I was given dirty cuttlery for me to wash in my bedroom toilet.
The TV didn't work. Didn't even switched on.
At check out, after such horrible experience, the man at the reception still had the audacity to ask me for a tip for the staff (no chance).
Anyway, never again.
This was a horrible experience for a hotel that cost almost £70 GBP for the night.
Avoid it like the plague.

Horrible experience. Avoids it at any cost!!
It was horrible stay. The hotel is in bad location. Strongly recommend to avoids this hotel at any cost. It is in a bad location. The room does not have refrigerator, tea kettle or anything still charges like a 4 star hotel. The international credit card does not work here. I had to walk to the nearest ATM to get the cash. You have to walk through a bad neighbourhood. Avoids this hotel!!!

Just an average hotel with a high price tag.
Just an average hotel with a high price tag. A complete mismatch between service and price! Breakfast served in the room without any variety. I think I can get better hotel for the same money.

This hotel does not deserve three and half Star rating given by Expedia India. To my horror I found a number of small dead insects by my bedside on the floor and behind the sofa. Area behind the sofa was littered with fluff and dust which seemed to have accumulated over a period of time. I do not lay the blame the young boys who are cleaners, it is the responsibility of the management to supervise. Hotel does not have a restaurant. Breakfast was sent to my room on the 5th floor uncovered through mosquito infested lobby outside my room. Most unappetising. I cancelled it for the next day. I made a complaint to Expedia India through which I had booked the hotel. If things go wrong and you complain, you will not get your money back from either party. If you get a "Goodwill" coupon from Expedia India, it is only valid for a year i.e you have to make a trip to India from abroad to use it! Utter nonsense. I shall not give them business again. Poor Customer Service.

Good clean with good breakfast
Overall good stay. As others noted, nearby locality is not great, but its just few meters. Inside hotel it is clean and great service. Nice breakfast as well.

avg. Room with no service.
This hotel is situated at very conjusted area, there is no view in the hotel , entry road is very narrow and crowded , it's very hard to get there. There is nothing called service in the hotel, rooms are very basic. The only plus point is this hotel is close to international airport Mumbai.

Never Go this hotel
Horrible approach road to hotel. Look at this property if no option available at all. No restaurant in hotel or nearly localities. Hotels.com must remove this from there listing

Absolutely brilliant - hotel very near Airport and driver found it straight away. Room was lovely with pristine sheets and towels. Reception staff excellent and thoughtful. A fab hotel to stay in!

Nice clean hotel but hard to locate.
We found this to be nice, very clean hotel with friendly staff. The WiFi works. Hot water requires a call to the front desk. Breakfast is served in your room and it is simple. It is very close to the international airport but the only problem is that it is hard to locate and local people don’t know about it. Our auto driver was struggling and in the end we used google maps to find it. The surrounding area is not great, but I guess this is Mumbai with luxury hotels in slum areas.

approach road is quite bad, but the Hotel is pretty good once you are inn. They dont have restaurant for dinner but have some good cooperation with local restaurans and menu cards can be available on request. looking for one night stay for early morning flight, Then it is a good place. But there is no shuttle service which is a bit disappointing. Breakfast starts at 07:30 which is quite late if you have a morning flight.

Hotel is very close to Terminal 2 of Mumbai Airpor
Hotel doesn't have a restaurant. Hotel is located next to Marol pipeline, area is not clean. Inside hotel cleanliness is good.
Clean, pleasant place. Unfortunately situated in the middle of a slum. Basic breakfast provided as room service, but no other meals catered for. Quite a walk to restaurants.

Wifi is not good

Disappointment
The hotel is situated near a slum , hard to find the direction ... luckily the staff were very kind and helpful... not recommended for foreigners ...It was ok for Indians...
The hotel compound is very good, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast is plenty. But the neighborhood is rather shabby. The nearby streets have many local cheap shops. It is convenient to go by Ola or Taxi than walking out to the main street.
