The only thing bad about this facility is the pool. The floor is so slik, my kids kept sleeping and falling. I had to walk like I was 60 years old to not feel like I was going to fall. The tile is like a slip and slid.

If we come back to the Tri-Cities area, we would definitely pick this hotel again. We stayed here as a family of 6 and it was perfect. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. The pool was open and it was amazing. Breakfast was very good and plenty of options. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others.

He tried to call the neighbors no luck —they offered to move me at 11:30 at night. That was not a solution. They took $44 off my bill. I stayed 4 nights. That was not a lot off for the noise. Better insulation. Disappointing.
