Good value - fun vibe
Great stay! Small rooms but functional for a quick trip. Lots of coworking space downstairs if needed. Definitely hit the upstairs bar - incredible views and reasonable prices drinks. A real gem. Two flags: beds are super comfy but against a wall so only one side has access. Everything is run off of an ipad so might be confusing for folks who aren’t super tech savvy.

I usually stay at Citizens M in various countries, including Paris. First time in such a poorly maintained condition hotel of this brand. Dirty restrooms, filthy furniture, all with stains, cracked sink and ripped headboard. One conclusion my wedding anniversary vacation was ruined

Don't Arrive Late
We arrived at the hotel just after midnight. From the street, it's hard to tell that there's even a hotel there. It's even harder to get in the door which is locked and requires a room key to access the entrance. Hard to have a room key when you haven't checked in yet. We had to follow another guest into the entrance. Not a nice neighbourhood to hang around in the street after dark. Otherwise, very neat and innovative rooms, good breakfast and helpful staff.

Affordable, modern,“box hotel style”, trainstation
Really friendly staff like Lea and Claudia to mention some, which made me feel very warmly welcomed. They made me the cutest card to wish me good things! I think it’s a perfect place to stay either alone or with someone you are really fond of, given the layout of the rooms with the shower and toilet glassed inn instead of having a separate room for bathroom. Also the bed is big and comfortable but you’ll have to climb over the other person if you need to go during the night if you are sleeping closest to the window. But the rooms feel modern, they have thought of good storage solutions under the bed, and managed to fit everything you need in this room without it feeling cluttered. The smart controls are really nice! They also have decent cafeteria and sky bar so you’ll be able to get something to drink and eat. Bus and two train stations are in very short walking distance to get you everywhere you’ll want to go. I really want to stay here again if I return to Paris sometime!

I really loved staying at this hotel. I have been in other CitizenM hotel before and the experience was really nice again. The check in system is very friendly and fast. The staff is very nice and always willing to help. Everyone speaks English so the language was not a problem, even though I speak a little of French. The breakfast was amazing and very organized, with some French classics and very nice atmosphere. I would really recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again in my next visits to Paris. Merci à tous!
