Good for family.
The direction to the hotel provided is misleading. Call cusromer service to find the location but the staff cannot speak english and request to email to them :(( when we lost the way. Well equipment room (include pantry and washing machine) but the mattress is thin/not provided for the two piece beds. Opposite a huge 24hrs suppermarket. Few stations are walkable distance (20-30minutes).

The hotel room was fitted with all the amenities and it was jus 10 minute walk to the closet railway station. Mobile broadband was very useful. Bed linens were clean including beddings. Room was too small for five people and bed was very uncomfortable as it was made by combining half beds ( two divans) and and there was no proper mattress.

Very good
Overall, good place for family. One supermarket is cross the street which is very convenient. 7-10 minutes to JR and other stations. The only drawback is soundproof. We can hear voice next door clearly.

Poor customer service
They Don’t reply our email of our passport soft copies according to their request. I had to email them again to ask because we were worried before our trip. Finally, they said they had recieved it. However, they ask again for the passport a few days! No reply, late reply! Bad customer service! One more, there is a rubbish near my bad, and one pillow looks dirty.

建物は新しくてお部屋もきれいですが、清掃がどこまでされているかはわからないです。シーツは真っ白でキレイでしたが、タオルは使用感あり、髪の毛とか観葉植物のほこりとか細かい部分が気になる方は難しいかもしれません。大阪城ホールまで歩いて10分なのは大変便利でした。

大阪城ホールでのライブに参加するにあたって、大人2名で利用させていただきました。ライブ会場まで徒歩10分ほどで行ける上、いつでも向かいにある24時間スーパーで買い物ができる、そして備え付けキッチンで料理も可能という利便性が最高でした。 他の方のレビュー通り、壁はすごく薄いです。隣にお子さん連れの方々が泊まられ、楽しそうな声がすごく聞こえました。でも、備え付けのテレビなんかつけてれば然程気になりませんでした。 お部屋はとても綺麗なアパートの一室という感じです。お掃除は、リネン系はぴっちり綺麗にされてありましたが、唯一、トイレの床に髪の毛がいっぱい落ちていたのが気になりました。用意されてたスリッパは部屋で使わずトイレに使いました。においも最初強かったのですが、しばらく換気してから使用するとかなり改善しました。 初めてセルフチェックインを利用しましたが、メールにて支払いや利用に関する個人情報のやりとりをホテル側としたあと(ホテルだと一見して分からないGmailアドレスでくるので特に不安でした)は、宣告通りチェックイン当日のお昼までまったく連絡がないので、詐欺じゃないよな…？と不安は強かったのですが、詐欺ではなくしっかりされたホテルでした。改めてメールを読むと、ホテル側の送信メールはとても丁寧で質問にもちゃんと答えてくれているので、完全に私の疑心暗鬼でした…笑。 値段もお手頃で、自由でとても過ごしやすいよいホテルでした。今回は連泊できませんでしたが、次回また大阪に行った際はこのホテルを使用させていただきたいと思っています。お世話になりました！

自宅で過ごしているように リラックスできました。キッチンペーパーとかアルミホイルとかの ちょっとしたアイテムが 便利でした。目の前のスーパーも24時間やってて品揃えも豊富で とても便利でした。

5박 6일 오사카 투어할 때의 숙소
괜찮았어요. 친구들과 5박 6일로 묵었었는데 여기가 선결제 하니깐 가격도 엄청 싸고 역이랑도 그렇게 멀지 않아서 제가 생각할 땐 이게 최선의 숙박 시설인 것 같았어요. 실제로도 최선의 숙박 시설 이었구요. 집 바로 근처에 편의점이 있어서 되게 좋았구요. 안좋은 점이라면... 딱히 모르겠어요. 알아 둬야 할 건 가는 당일 호텔 측에 연락하실 때 미성년자시면 부모님 동의서 받아 오라고 파일을 호텔 측에서 주세요. 저희는 친구 어머님께 부탁드려서 파일을 인쇄하고 작성하여 사진으로 보내드렸는데요. 그 과정이 정말 귀찮았던 것 같아요. 다른 날도 아니고 숙박 시설 이용 당일에 공항에서 비행기 타기 직전에 숨막히게 그러려니까 더 그랬구요. 이것도 미리 알고있었다면 준비를 해뒀을 텐데 말이죠. 사실 이것 빼고는 다 괜찮아요 이정도 기간에 이정도 넓이에 엘리베이터도 있고 온수 되고 비데 되고 히터 되고 그럼 뭐 베스트 아닌가요? 아무튼 저는 이렇게 생각해요. 괜찮았다고. 오사카 투어할거면 여기로 오는게 되게 괜찮을 것 같다고.
