Weak Service
Nice clean airport hotel, but the service needs to improve. The Air Conditioner was broken , they couldn’t fix it. It was late at night and I had a flight in the early morning. I asked to change the room and they tried to don’t change it and said they were fully booked. After discussing they gave me an another room ( it’s mean they had a free room). Something like that should not happen in a 5 star hotel .

A very convenient overnight stay to catch a flight
A very convenient overnight stay to catch a flight next morning. You can't ask for better location. Just across the street from the Chopin Airport terminal. Wonderful staff, comfortable beds and very clean. We stayed at this hotel many times in the past and will definitely stay again.
