This was a unique experience for our last night I. Portugal. It’s conveniently located close to the airport and there are a number of food places nearby etc. We also checked out the aquarium which was great for kids. The boat does sway somewhat though the night and it’s a bit noisy with bars etc. nearby. Aside from those minor issues, it’s a nice spot for a night or two.

We had a great time staying on the houseboat at the Tagus Marina. We were warmly welcomed by staff at the front office and given a thorough tour of the boat. While not walkable to the "downtown"/historic area of Lisbon, the location of the marina was excellent, and felt clean and safe. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, including a nice grocery store. The train station and airport are within about a 15 minute drive. The boat was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

With a quick heads up of our pending arrival, we had the easiest and most pleasant check in! I forget the nice man's name who helped but he made our arrival an easy end to a long day. Perfect Family Stay on the Water! We had a fantastic time at Tagus Marina - Houseboat with our kids! The boat was clean, modern and super comfortable with everything we needed. Interesting place to stay! Boat was clean and large enough for 2 couples. The surrounding area was built for Expo ‘98. There are some run-down buildings when walking one-way and then the aquarium and a gondola the other way.
