Never coming back, this is not a 4☆ hotel

The room had no windows The room was interconnected with other room, noise every night to the point I could not sleep properly any of the 4 nights The service was very poor, except for one lady that checked on me via whatsapp and the gentleman at the front door, the rest of the staff was useless. The swimmingpool area was closed one of the days in the evening (which is the only time you can use these facilities due to the extreme weather conditions). Breakfast was just okay. No one at the hotel informed us about the parades on the street/area that restricted people to come back to the hotel until 11pm

This is a fantastic place to stay. It is walking distance to markets and walking streets. Great coffee nearby and some of the best pho I’ve ever had is one block away.
