Place is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the heating system was broken. The maintenance crew tried to fix it cut no luck . We were provided with 2 electric heater instead and it was warm enough. Otherwise, the stay was perfect!

Well located close to the water parc and the mountain. The place is nice and clean. Only issue was the vent system close to the bedroom that is very loud.

The unit utilities should be inspected by management before delivery to be sure everything is working properly. The visitors fees are not reasonable regardless of the amount& should be an option. Other than that it was great experience.

Ony the condo door number and street was given but no exact address. On a street with many condo buildings, it was very difficult to find out which one was reserved... Once, we found the room it was perfect. I would suggest calling for information before and requesting the condo building address or you'll be up for somewhat of a wild goose chase from building to building... trying the access code on random doors... *not fun at 10pm..

I got stung during the night by what seemed to be some bedbugs ☹️ The pictures online showed a two-storey unit, I got a basement/ ground level unit much smaller and clearly not on two levels I never received the address nor the code to enter on the day of my arrival. I had to go to the hotel Chateau Bromont to get everything. The unit was well equipped and clean in appearance but getting stung at night by bugs in the bed definitely made me reconsider the level of cleanliness

Excellent property overall. The instruction to find the condo were a little confusing at first. Especially when getting there at night. Once you figure which building you’re in and where to park it becomes a no brainer the second time around. Unfortunately the fridge wasn’t cooling, even after making the adjustments. The staff could have turned it up and emptied the dishwasher before our arrival. No big deal emptying the washer but we had to throw out our perishables :(
