They gave us local suggestions and it was easy to communicate with them while we were out exploring, via whatsapp. They offered us a free upgrade to a room with a city view which was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast has lots of options; fruit, juices, meat, eggs, pho, dumplings, spring rolls etc. everything from check in to check out and laundry service were seamless."

"The location is good, near to the lake and also many good locals food. We’ve booked the family room on the 8th floor and have a little balcony for some sunlight and the room also so spacious, it fits perfectly the 5 of us. All of the staff were very friendly and super helpful.
