"Nice room. Some staff ok. Some rude. Very difficult getting room service on the first night so had to go down to the restaurant itself where the man was very rude so we didn't bother using room service again. We booked a cot which we didnt get. When i spoke with reception they told me they were having trouble with the housekeeping "

"Friendly stuff, clean room, and the breakfast is very health, many vegan options. Room is reasonably quiet for how downtown the hotel is located. I do feel that the heat is turned a little bit too high in the room at night for my liking. "
