Towels only get changed every 2 days and bedsheets only 2x a WEEK.
No laundry service available at all.
Only good thing is that the main restaurant food was decent and good variety (except for breakfast. This was the same each morning).
Enjoyed the grilled food. Staff in main restaurant were really kind and polite.

"Nice hotel in general. Large comfortable rooms with AC. Clean in general, but smelly pillow covered by a clean pillow case was really disappointing (could be an isolated event). Packed with an incredible amount of tourists at this time of the year, I feel that the hotel is overwhelmed by the number of guests during peak season. Great buffet but 20 minute wait standing in line for any grill item. Not overpriced. If you don’t mind an overcrowded modern hotel, this place can be a good choice."
