Friendly staff and ability to book taxi and tours directly from the hotel. I tried "keri caves tour" and can highly recommend it. I did it in a very small group and we got possibility to sweem in a clear and blue water. I olso saw a couple of turtules on the way to caves.
Area has a couple of local tavernas with a good food...

. You can seat outside near the pool - Really enjoyed it.
Also the pool area is quite nice and the staff very friendly. The hotel is near the beach and the main party road. Sometimes you can hear it at night a little."

From the second we arrived until the second we left the staff were there to make sure that we were looked after and happy. They quite literally can't do enough for you.
The rooms are spacious and have everything. Nespresso machine, toiletries, sewing kit, bonnet de douche and little unexpected extras.
We were fortunate enough to have booked the swim up room with a private plunge...

"The atmosphere around the pool and the distance from the strip were the only good things about this location. Our bedding had mould on, and my friends tshirt also grew mould on there after one night of being on the floor. There were ants crawling literally everywhere, and the hotel was ridden with mosquitos- we have pictjre proof.The amount of bites we all had was unbearable and the salt water shower did not help whatsoever- I wish we knew this before we booked.

"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong.
On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to.
The air-con didn't stay on meaning the room would stay hot for hours until it decided to come back on.

All the staff were lovely and so helpful and you could not ask for anything more from the owner Dennis who was fantastic.

El personal es amable.
Es un hotel tranquilo y clásico, con lo básico para disfrutar tu estancia.
Tiene paraguas y camas de sol en la alberca que puedes usar gratis. Pero las de la playa tienen costo adicional 15€
El desayuno es sólo por dos horas de 8am a 10 am
Es un desayuno muy básico, que consiste en: huevos hervidos, pan blanco, pan dulce, jamón, queso, fruta en almíbar, café, jugo de naranja, agua fría y para té, mermeladas...
