We were over charged on day one and getting the money back took us reporting fraud to our credit card as Expedia wouldn’t release the money. We also were placed in room 213 which is a nice room but we were surrounded by kids screaming until midnight on the balcony and up at 7 to do the same. The building has no sound proofing or insulation so you can hear everything from rooms on all sides. We ended up asking to be moved which seemed to be a common...

"The hotel is ok, our room was big with sea view. We had halfboard and on the reception they ask us if we want all inclusive for realy great price 🙂 but we didn't take it, because we didn't need it.
The food is ok, staff is nice too. The only problem is that guests every morning take their sunbeds and unbrellas on the beach for the whole day even this is not allowed. "

"We stayed at Soleado Luxury Villas with our family & it was a great escape. We were surprised by a large tray of tiropites and spanakopites the first morning we woke up. Natasha was amazing & very attentive to anything we required. We highly recommend staying at Soleado Villas. The villas were a 5 minute drive from shops, restaurants, supermarkets, beaches & much more. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you Natasha for making us feeling extra special and going above and beyond. "

. For their sake though, we suggest that the uniform changes to shorts in this heat not black trousers!
The only downfall here was the lack of hot or even tepid water at various times of the day and the continuous power cuts.

"Overall a nice 4* experience, definately money worth! Biggest plus: the people. All very friendly and very helpfull. Nice! Although it was very quiet, all services very provided. I love the location, right on the beach, also 3 nice pools. Only one negative point: the gym..very old, should definately be renewed. "
