All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful (particulary Eva & Diane) most spoke English plus French and Spanish. The room was acceptable size and very clean - The food was good with several choices each evening"

. The space on the room was great also the bathroom . I know they are on recovery but real glasses rather than plastic would be good. Also sheer curtains to lessen the need of pulling dark curtains across and being in the dark . Excellent check in staff and bar staff . "

Food in the big buffet is only okay. too much consideration is given to the fact that there are many English people, so almost no Spanish food, but beans, burgers and fries.
you have to be at the restaurant when I opens if you want a nice table and not stand in line to get in.

"New hotel, so needs some improvement. Elevator not working properly at times. Garage door did not open when leaving the parking. Breakfast was good.
Air conditioner in the room did not work. One night had to sleep without aircon at 28C.

never overcrowded. Food very various and really satisfying. Close to rock and sand beaches, only a lityle bit far from salou downtown (25-30 minutes walk) woth some difficilties for parking (anyhow we found free parking all the period quite close). Staff very kind and friendly."

The hotel is spotless clean and gas very friendly and polite staff members.
Basic room, one pillow each which is super thin. Rooms are older than in the displayed pictures on the site.

"Lovely big bathroom with lots of space and a large wardrobe area to hang and fold clothes. Free safe which I thought was very good as in the past I have had to pay for the use of this at different hotels. The room could have been more spacious but it had 2 double beds in so they took up all of the room. Rooms were kept clean everyday. Only downside were the lifts, almost impossible to catch one from the top floor, which wasn’t a problem for us to walk down but could be for someone who struggles...
