Stay away from this hotel
The bed frame extends beyond the mattress and I scraped both my shins real bad on them when walking around the bed. When on a cruise the next day and had to see an onboard doctor because I was concerned about infection. Cost over $300 to see him and antibiotics he prescribed. Was in pain for a few days so did not enjoy my time on the cruise like I could have. TV did not work either.

First room had cockroaches and they refused to move me rooms then charged me 113 dollars instead of letting me use hotels app again so it would be cheaper and now this other room has no hot water and they refuse to fix it or put me in another room with hot water and I have this all on video.

We arrive late because of flight delay the receptionist was amazing gave us a bigger room at not extra charge 15 minutes in we had cockroaches so checked out had to find a different hotel at a much higher cost when we rented to turn in room key the now man at front desk acted like he didn't know there was cockroaches and also room was very dirty wouldn't recommend

Terrible and unsafe!
This is a basic motel. Nothing wrong with that. Staff was ok. But the condition of the room is terrible. Hair between sink and tub, stained tub and wall, mold in bathroom, beat up furniture, crumbling walls and just overall poor condition. Very limited parking, not enough for all guests. But the worst part is that we felt unsafe. The chain lock on our door was broken. There were people doing drugs in the public areas. We stayed for one night of our planned three day stay only because we were evacuating from a hurricane and had no where else to go.
