Staying at Park Central was wonderful. This was my firdt time in NY. The staff was very helpful and able to accommodate my requests. My room was too hot for my liking and they brought me a fan. They also supplied a refrigerator in my room for my medications.

I really liked that the location was close to time square. the subway was few blocks down. The hotel looks nice and the front desk was very helpful. The only downside was the elevator. We were on the 12th floor and even thought there were more elevators only one was operating and it was always full. Maybe during the busy season they open the other elevators.

The only negative was the television only showed channels with infomercials and religious programming. We were told it would be replaced, but it never was, so for 3 nights we got no news, no weather, and no collegiate volleyball!
