The employees were very courteous and their treatment of us was perfect, the girls at the front desk were super empathetic, but I would like to give a suggestion and that is that they should give a bracelet to all the guests who stay at their hotel, since We had a situation where someone who was not staying entered the hotel and started following us. Thank God we realized it in time and the girl at the front desk took action and spoke to an employee and the employee was attentive to us The hotel is very good but it needs security.

We thought our room was dirty. We requested new sheets because the sheets on our bed were dingy looking. The new sheets also looked dingy. The towels also looked dirty. We only stayed one night as we were passing through the area. I would not stay there again.

Don't Stay Here
We arrived at our vacation stay at night. The hotel did not have our requested crib ready. Only one of the key cards was activated correctly, causing confusion and we ended up getting locked out briefly because of that. The beds are double beds and very hard. Not comfortable at all. The room had a musty smell. The breakfast was very plain, boring, not good at all. Very few options for breakfast. The small room where breakfast is served is very hot. Uncomfortably hot. The phone in the room doesn't work. When I asked maintenance about it, they just said "It hasn't worked in a while". It was not fixed while we stayed. I would not recommend.

Stay elsewhere!
This place needs a complete redo. Paint does not hide an aging facility. The room was not a warm and inviting place. They gave us a room that was not even ready at 5pm. Had to wait 25 minutes to get another room. They are not organized and check ins take way longer than they should. None of used the shower.

The building itself seemed a bit run-down. The hallways were quite stuffy and humid. It smelled like laundry wasn't being properly vented outside. The walls seemed to be paper-thin. We were extremely tired, so beds were comfortable enough to get a good rest.

I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and nice, the rooms have been updated and each had a fridge and microwave. The biggest issue is the lack of sound barrier between the adjoining doors. There was a door between my room and the one next to me and I could hear EVERY WORD of EVERY CONVERSATION that was spoken in that room. Literally like they were sitting next next to me. I have never experienced this before and this could get old real fast. I didnt spend a ton of time in my room and I tolerated it.

Our stay was very comfortable! However, our stay was about 4 days and the room was not cleaned up due to our short stay, so keep that in mind when booking. We had to request more towels at the front desk. Other than that, this hotel was good for a shorter stay.
