Great place to stay in Miami beach that was affordable. Location was perfect to walk around, and bus stop just across the road. My wife love the Starbucks was less than a 5 minute walk. This is not your typical hostle. the commonareas are shared by 3 restaurants. The parking is a royal pain in the butt if you drive here. They dont have any parking or parking passes so you have to park public which requires you to renew every three hours for the duration of the trip. the room was fine but my roomates were filthy. The staff was nice about providing towels. I feel like the price was very reasonable for the location.

Great Value and Location
Great location and hotel. It offers both hosel style shared rooms and private rooms and apartments as well. Only issue I had is that there is no bar open for the majority of the day. Broken Shaker is amazing but doesn’t open till 17:00. With that said seems you can just bring your own drinks in so maybe that’s the option till the bar opens.

Speaker for bar is right outside my room, it’s loud and sounds like someone is thumping on a bass drum right under my bed. The parking situation is horrible. Can only pay for three hours at a time so I have to wake up at midnight to pay for parking (you have to pay between 9am and 3am). I’m sure there’s a targeted customer who would like this place. The rest is ok. Nice enough room, nice staff and clean.
