The AC unit was running most of the time, if I wanted the room to be 72, the AC cooled it but if it got under 72, the heater kicked in. It was irritating! The lobby and elevator needed some maintenance…as well as the tub in my room.

Moldy Motel not HAMPTON
Everything smelled awful. Hallways and room was filled with a smoke, musty, moldy smell. The sheets smelled like mildew and had blood like spots/stains. The restroom was disgusting, toilet not cleaned the shower had hairs everywhere. We had to go to the store and get fabreeze just to be able to stay thru the night. This was NOT a Hampton experience. It was definitely more like a motel. Awful awful awful. Never again.

NOT VALUE for the Money
The Hotel and Rooms furniture is not according Hampton INN Standards. Carpet in the Rooms so DIRTY and Old, same the SOFA. TV Very Small, ELEVATORS are on Very Bad conditions, looks so old and lack of Maintenance, very noisy... They did not provide the Housekeeping Room on daily basis, They said their standard is every 2 days provide the Room Cleaning Service.. Buyt They did not provide change of towels

The Good: Friendly and attentive staff. Continental breakfast was more than I expected (with eggs and sausage, muffins, waffles, cereal fruit, yogurt, beverages, etc.). The place was pretty clean and felt safe. The Bad: Parking is very overpriced at $15 per day, especially for how empty their parking lot was for the duration of our stay. Overdue for some updates / renovations. Pool closes at 10 pm.

Great location and clean room but No free parking.
Great location. Close to everything. The room was great. Spacious and well furnished. Everything in the room worked. Not so outside. Next morning the pool was locked so I couldn’t even walk around it. At check in it was a Luke warm welcome. I am a Hilton Honors member. At all other Hampton Inns and Hiltons they welcomed me as HH member and offered a free gift like cookies or soft drink or water. Not here. I didn’t mind it much, but I was a little disappointed. The biggest shock was to find out they charge $15 per night just to park the car in their parking lot. I was not charged at this time but I am afraid they will in the future. Most other hotels offer free parking, so I won’t stay here again. Overall the hotel is very nice but I don’t like paying for parking. It is not even a garage or covered parking. It makes no sense that they charge hotel guests $15 per night. When I made the reservation I may have missed it. Otherwise I would have selected a different hotel.
