This is an excellent property to stay at. Large pool and game area as well as nice area for young kids. Large outdoor area. Sports bar inside is legit!

Good but with tech problems

I adored the awesome view of SeaWorld from my 6th floor review. Wanted to park in valet but ended up trapped in a self-parking lot due to signage. Was mad that I couldn't call for room service but was told to use app or QR code when I'm not tech savvy. My server at Tradewinds, Ana, was so friendly.

The hotel stay was good. Just didn't care for the room we were given. Because that wasn't the one chosen when making the reservation, and the ice machine on the floor we were on was broken.
