Poor customer service!
I left a neck pillow in the room and called back immediately while on the road BEFORE I was home… just several hours after I checked out. The front desk stated she didn’t see that a pillow had been turned but would have the Manager contact me the next morning. The pillow is gone and I never heard from the Manager. No one bothered to call me back. And I guess HSKG didn’t bother to turn in a brand new neck pillow that was in a zippered bag.

It was clean, but if you take your mornings slow and prefer not to be bothered before check out, make sure your DND sign is hanging. Checkout was listed as 11am and housekeeping tried walking in at 10:30am.

They couldn’t find our reservation & charged me another night on top of it. Clive was neither friendly or helpful. Also, the room had not been updated. Zero usb ports & only a couple of outlets. Bathroom had been updated recently.
