Would not recommend
Upon arrival, the front desk staff were unwelcoming. When we requested that the front desk manager inspect the bathtub, which had hair and visible dirt, he was dismissive and stated he was the only person we could speak to. This interaction was rude and unprofessional. We later spoke with the hotel manager, who changed our room and offered us breakfast. While appreciated, this gesture felt minimal given the cost of the hotel and the inconvenience caused. Overall, the property is in need of significant renovation, as the hallways and guest rooms have a persistent unpleasant odor, with only the reception and pool area appearing clean and updated. Unfortunately, the overall experience left us feeling unwelcome, and I cannot recommend this hotel, especially given the better options available for a similar price.
