Convenient location, as we wanted to be close to MSG. Virtually no lobby, so not good when trying to meet up with other guests...most often very crowded and loud with just 1 long bench to sit on. Bed was comfy and shower was awesome (higher-end).

Absolutely worth 5 stars great service everyone is so nice they hold your bags if your early they have in the rooms a fridge which we didn’t expect so that was nice that we could bring food back they are very close to everything so It was perfect I can’t complain about my experience love that we got a room with a city view and that at night you could barely hear the street noise they have the heater on as soon as you Walk into your room just over all great experience would go back

Convenient and Friendly Hotel Near Penn Station
All of the staff members, from front desk to housekeeping, were excellent. Location was fantastic, short walk to Pennsylvania Station and many subway lines. And the Essen deli directly across the street was a well-priced, clean option for any meal.

Hotel was very clean and modern, however the rooms were very small. For a solo traveler it should be fine but for a couple or family, there’s not a whole lot of space for luggage. Bed was comfy and bathroom was very clean. Great location in midtown, just down the street from MSG and many great restaurants! Would definitely stay here again if I needed to be close to midtown.

NYC stay
Stay was okay. Bed was comfortable and room was standard NYC small. Above the sink was leaking and shower leaked. They eventually fixed the above the sink leak for the most part. Shower dripped pretty much constantly.
